The 4PRO 8003-AS MKII 18” Active Subwoofer from RCF is a high output active subwoofer system that integrates a 1000W digital amplifier, a complete electronic processor section, and a low distortion, high power 18″ woofer. The amplifier features a solid mechanical aluminum structure which not only stabilizes the amplifier during transportation but also assist in the heat dissipation. It is capable of up to 2,000W peak and 1,000W RMS performance, providing output up to 134 dB SPL. The subwoofer features an 18″ speaker with a 4″ voice coil and has a selectable crossover frequency of 80 or 120 Hz. The 4” inside/ outside voice coil assure long term reliability and reduced power compression.

The input section offers mono/stereo combo XLR/Jack input connectors and XLR high pass output connectors. A recessed master volume, the phase switch, and the selectable crossover frequency switch offer versatility. The processor section includes active system equalization, limiter, and protection functions. The system is visually monitored from four status LEDs. The Baltic birch plywood enclosure is painted with black heavy duty textured epoxy. The front is protected from a strong, powder coated, metal grille. The cabinet features a 35mm pole mount socket and two comfortable recessed side handles.
